Very tastefully decorated with equally tasty dishes. Absolutely friendly service. Child-friendly (e.g. there were lollipops for the little ones). Hopefully it wasn't our last visit there.

This place is amazing. The minute you walk in this place you are surrounded by a warm and cozy feeling. There is nice family feeling about this place. The wait staff is friendly and fast. The food is amazingly fresh, well-plated, delicious with generous portions. I will definitely be coming here more often.

Good home cooking, freshly cooked. Price in the middle, but always justified. You can still find real, fresh mushrooms in the mushroom sauce and the roasts are also very tasty. Allergy issues are dealt with very well.

On the eve of our "Pirker Zoigl Tour" cycling event, we were here for dinner and received top-notch care. The food, including the dessert, was awesome and the prices were to our delight absolutely affordable. For this money we don't even get half da at home Not to forget the friendly boss who likes to be remembered 😊

My husband has to eat gluten-free and that is easily possible in the red ox. A small timely call to the nice landlady Lisa is enough and he can feast carefree. We are happy every time we come to Schirmitz (from Munich) and enjoy Lisa's fine cuisine.
